To save your passwords, the simplest solution is the creation of notes with the freeware Keynote as shown in the screenshot below.

Another possibility, more secure, is to use specialized software such as laptop Keepass :

KeePass is a freeware designed to store well and easily access all your passwords.

Note: By default, Firefox offers to remember passwords for sites visited. To disable this option, click on Tools - Options - Security and uncheck the 'Save Password'. In the Security tab, you can hand to view and export the saved passwords.
