When you want to see a larger image to his house it is possible to achieve self 20m2 in structural beams and wood siding siporex site in 2 weeks and less than 5.000E.
is what I did in 2008/2009. Actually I have never seen such a technique! Initially, given the time to build this (very short) I thought everything build cellular concrete (Siporex) because it avoided me several operations (based carrier, insulation and support for a lime plaster (required by the rules of Planning).
But the client wanted lots of windows and the budget was''just''a little to do everything Siporex.
I would have had many lintels.
As the site is located on the Cote d'Azur, and there is no need to 30cm of cellular concrete.
The idea came to me then build the skeleton of wooden beams and joinery found at Brico Depot or Leroy Merlin 7E around the meter. Then mount the tiles concrete cell 7cm (which usually are used for interior walls) on the front.
For this I simply went from the cap (I had placed my frame back course).
The departure being leveled on a repellent.
From time to time I added screws through the Siporex for fix it in some areas of the framework.
Then I finished with lime plaster and whitewash to finish and give the final color desired by the customer.
Discover all this and especially how I sandwiched the frame is accessible to many people. Simply assemble using threaded rods and bolts.
Many photos.
