Lorient If the player admitted last week he was interested in the OM, Didier Deschamps has denied any interest in him today in an interview with La Provence :
"It's not just a question of quality, but rather use a system. Kevin Gameiro is a good scorer, but he mainly used to play in a scheme where there is a second striker alongside him . In the system I use, there is only one attacker axial. This r equiert different qualities. We must therefore look at the player's qualities and fitness for a particular system. "
The reason given by Deschamps is totally true, Gams is not a strong enough player to play alone up front. If a club abroad does not align to 13 m € Gams is on course to stay in Lorient.
